Concrete Jungle Fitness Origin Story
Lee Turner, our founder, came up with the name and concept after achieving multiple championships in martial arts. He always knew he would give back by creating his own elite fitness, certified personal training and martial arts-based incorporated brand.
Born in Hamilton, Ontario, Lee is from a Jamaican family of 5. He started competing and teaching martial arts at 15 years old.

Our Story
Frustrated by the limitations of traditional gym routines, Lee embarked on a journey of discovery, exploring alternative training methods like Boxing, Tai Chi and Capoeira Angola. He also incorporated animal movements into his workouts. Lee realized that true fitness was not just physical strength, but also mental resilience.
As a devoted husband and father to 2 year old boy Lee is dedicated to future champions and black excellence.

Concrete Jungle Fitness was born as a sanctuary for those seeking to unleash their inner strength and conquer life’s obstacles. Today, it continues to thrive, empowering people to tap into their full potential.
